How do I take part?

Register by creating a fundraising page.
Once you've created your fundraising page, make sure you personalise it. Add a profile picture and let your networks know why you're supporting Fight Cancer Foundation in your bio. - Shout it from the rooftops that you've joined The Clock Cancer Challenge. Email family, friends and co-workers the link to your page so they can make a donation.
- Get social: post, snap and tweet and don’t forget to use #ClockCancer.
- For the month of February 2020, complete a 35 minute workout every day and keep those donations rolling in by regularly sharing updates.
Where does my donation go?
- All funds raised through The Clock Cancer Challenge will fund life-saving blood cancer research and vital support services.

What ways can I complete my 35 minute workouts?
- Your 35 minutes can be made up of any type of physical activity. You can hit the gym, go for a run in the park or take part in a team sport. There's no right or wrong way to make your minutes Count this February.
What if I can’t do 35 minutes every day?
- While you might start with the best intentions, life can get in the way meaning you miss a day or two here or there. If this happens to you, don’t panic! Just work to make up the minutes on a different day.
- A great way to keep yourself accountable is to pledge to make a donation to yourself if you miss a day. This will also show your friends, family and co-workers how dedicated you are to the cause.
- If you're not sure that 35 minutes a day is achievable for you, then pick a goal that is. Just make sure you let your supporters know you're taking The Challenge slightly differently.
What if 1 February has been and gone and I haven't registered?
- The most important thing is that together we're raising awareness and funds to support Australians living with blood cancer or a related blood disorder.
- The Challenge will officially run from 1 - 29 February, but if you miss the beginning of February, or have to finish early, we'd still love for you to join us for as long as you can.
- Registrations will be open for the whole month of February.
How do I reach my fundraising goal?
- Check out the Resources page for a range of downloadable resources designed to help you reach your fundraising goal. Find email templates to copy and paste, eye-catching infographics to share as well as some handy fundraising tips to get you started.
Can I join as a team?
- Absolutely! Exercising with a group is a great motivator and a little healthy competition never hurt anyone. Make it a challenge within your group and see who can raise the most money.
- You might even decide to create a multi-team competition. Whether it's department vs department, store vs store, household vs household or club vs club, adding competition into the mix usually means more money raised, which we like the sound of!
- You can create a team through your fundraising page. Please contact us if you have any difficulty doing so.
Can we commit to 35 minutes a day, as a team?
- Of course! Your team can work towards the goal of 35 minutes a day between you.
