Team of the Decade Award 2018 - Mossgiel Park Primary School

Footy Colours Day is an annual tradition at Mossgiel Park Primary School, who have been participating since the 1990’s.

Each year, this primary school celebrates Footy Colours Day by all students and teachers dressing up in their footy colours and having their faces painted. Teachers organise special classroom activities throughout the day and the whole school comes together to participate in a Football Parade. “The kids proudly parade around the school gym singing their favourite team song. It’s noisy and so much fun! This is a definite highlight of the day,” said a staff member from Mossgiel Primary.
